Tickets
There are two ways to book tickets to Horizon Festival:
Online
The full listing of Horizon Festival 2022 events can be found in the Events section of this website. Visit the event pages to purchase tickets or register for free events.
Box Office
During the Festival, you can purchase tickets in person at our Box Office located next to the Wonderland Spiegeltent, Cotton Tree Park.

We welcome all audiences to Horizon Festival and strive to make every event as accessible as possible.
Booking Tickets
Bookings for patrons with individual needs can be made directly with Horizon Festival over the phone or via email. Please contact us during business hours via:

Companion Cards
Horizon Festival will provide a complimentary ticket to Companion Card holders to any paid ticketed events. To book a complimentary companion ticket, please contact us via email or phone using the details above, making sure you have your Companion Card details handy.
Auslan Interpreted
Horizon Festival is offering an interpreting service, where you can book an Auslan interpreter to events wherever possible. To book tickets with clear sightlines to Auslan interpreters, please contact us via the details above.
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair accessible locations/venues will feature a wheelchair symbol on the event page. To reserve a wheelchair accessible space at this event, please contact us via the details above. If this symbol is not displayed, access may be limited however we will endeavour to accommodate your needs. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your requirements further.
Ticketing terms + conditions
Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, Eventfinda, in line with their Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions. We also have additional COVID-19 Terms and Conditions, as detailed below:
COVID-19 Terms & Conditions
Horizon Festival via Eventfinda will provide a refund or exchange, where you advise no later than 48 hours before the event that you or any other members of your booking party:
A) are required to isolate or quarantine under laws aimed at reducing the spread of COVID-19 (and the event falls within the isolation/quarantine period)
B) are diagnosed as having COVID-19;
C) exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose or loss of sense of smell)
D) have been in close contact with anyone displaying COVID Symptoms; or
E) have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting the results (and the event falls within the period of awaiting test results).
In the event that Horizon Festival cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.
